Launched in 2007 by sisters Nancy Arruda and Kim Base, Bees Knees Books (www.beeskneesbooks.com) is an online publishing center for independent authors and illustrators of picture books for young children. The Bees development team pairs illustrators with writers to bring picture books to life then takes them to market with their small press production and distribution network.
